What this PDF extractor does
Move transaction rows out of a PDF statement and into a spreadsheet without copying each line by hand. The extractor looks for table structure and turns detected rows into CSV you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or accounting software.
Statements with a real text layer are parsed locally, which is both faster and better for financial privacy. If your bank produced an image-only scan, the tool can use OCR; verify account numbers, dates, signs, decimal separators, and balances before importing the file anywhere.
Text-layer PDFs are parsed entirely in your browser. Brainy Canvas does not save your PDF or extracted text. If OCR is required, the scan is sent to the OCR processor for that request, and Brainy Canvas does not persist the PDF or output.
