Brainy CanvasService Pause Notice
Due to recent security incidents affecting software platforms globally, our team is pausing all new subscriptions and all API and AI-based processing on Brainy Canvas and BrainyDocs while we harden our security.
What this means for you
- Payments are paused. No new charges will be made on existing subscriptions, and new subscriptions are not being accepted.
- AI processing is paused. API and AI-based features (generation, OCR, chat, and similar) are unavailable during this period.
- Your work is still yours. You can sign in and download any assets you have created in the meantime.
What happens next
We will resume the website and its services once our security review and hardening work is complete. Thank you for your patience while we put the safety of your data first.
